Both companies say the partnership aims to improve “how people live and work today and in the future”. As part of the deal, Microsoft Azure will become AT&T’s preferred cloud service for non-network applications. Microsoft cloud will also support the U.S. network as it consolidates its data centers. Microsoft 365 will be used by AT&T. Microsoft will be able to access the company’s 5G network to develop edge-computing solutions. Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella says the collaboration will transform workplace productivity....

However, Microsoft makes the bulk of its Windows revenue from enterprise and not consumers. Of course, we expect to hear a lot about how Windows 11 will benefit organizations too. Still, it is clear at first glance Microsoft is once against making a push to consumers, a market the company has often struggled with. On day 1 of the conference, Microsoft announced Azure Cloud Shell and several other new abilities for its cloud platform. Azure Cloud Shell is a complement to IDE and the Azure Portal. With this service, Microsoft cloud customers get a browser-based shell that is authenticated and hosted within Azure. The company says it is available to customers from anywhere in the world. Each Cloud Shell session provides users with a automatically set up environment that syncs to a $Home directory stored in Azure....

While Microsoft did not offer a date on ARM support for Chromium Edge, we can now roadmap it a little easier. That’s because Microsoft has now started testing ARM on Edge. Testing is underway on the Canary development channel. If you’re unfamiliar, the Chromium Edge preview has three channels: Canary for unstable builds, Dev for more feature releases, and Beta for stable previews. Users in Excel can select multiple cells via the Ctrl key. However, through this method, once multiple cells are selected, they cannot be deselected if too many or too few were chosen. If you misclicked, in the current system you have to start over again. So, basically you cannot deselect cells once they are selected. As I said, frustrating but not a deal breaker by any means.
