Users can leverage Groups Tabs & Share to copy tabs with their URLs to the clipboard. These can be added in HTML, URL, JSON, or CSV formats. Users can then share the groups through social media networks, including Microsoft’s own LinkedIn and Microsoft Teams services. The phishing in question is a spoofing attack discovered by security researcher Rafay Balock. He produced the attack on Microsoft Edge and reported it to Microsoft. In its August security cumulative updates, the company was able to issue a mitigation. Baloch says the spoofing attack targets the browser address bar. Bad actors can trick users by manipulating the address bar to let them think they are on a legitimate website....

Collections was brought to the Microsoft Edge preview last year before reaching all users in April. Collections can help users organize and share to help keep track easier. 41-year-old Raymond Uadiale was not on Microsoft’s payroll at the time. He joined the company in 2014, two years after the initial attacks. However, he will continue to work for Redmond as Microsoft knew about his misdemeanors and say Uadiale is a reformed character. Interestingly, despite laundering money from victims of the Reveton ransomware attack, Uadiale’s current position with Microsoft is as a network engineer in cybersecurity. The Sun Sentinel reports that the defendant’s lawyer says his client is a changed person....

Game Chat Transcription is not a default feature, so it will need to be enabled by users. The feature works in two ways for gamers. Firstly, it allows players to turn chat speech into text. This allows them to read in-game chats on their screen in real time. Secondly, Game Chat Transcription works in reverse and allows gamers to choose text to speech. This will allow typed text to be spoken aloud to other games in a multiplayer environment....
