Microsoft 365 Has Been Flagging Good Emails As Junk
Microsoft has confirmed the issue this morning: “We’re investigating an issue in which email is being sent to the junk folder. We’ll be providing updates under EX258373 in the admin center,” Microsoft tweeted on the 365 status account at 7:25am AEST. About an hour after the first report, the team said the error is happening because of a behind the scenes change to the platform.
