In the mix will be four new iPhone 14 smartphones, new iPads (likely a Pro and Mini), new Mac laptops running the latest M2 processor, and three new Apple Watch wearables. On top of those flagship products, Apple will also debut new AirPod Pro buds, a new Apple TV, and a new HomePod. It is worth noting Apple initially revealed the two new Mac computers running the M2 chip at its WWDC event this month. However, it seems there could be more Mac’s on the horizon. According to the report, Apple is set to release an M2 Mac Mini, M2 Pro MacBook Max, Pro Mac Mini, and an M2 Extreme Mac Pro. Amongst the products Apple has in its plan, the iPhone 14 is the most locked in. We know that Apple will be debuting the new smartphone as it does every fall. As usual, there will be the usual lineup consisting of the standard iPhone 14, the iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro Max, and an iPhone 14 Mini.
Other Devices
On the wearable front, the Apple Watch will be moving to its next-generation with the Series 8. Apparently, the new version will be more rugged that before and will appeal to extreme sports users. I doubt Apple will give up on the casual and luxury markets, so expect the rugged Apple Watch to be one variant. While the tablet market is small these days, Apple’s iPad remains the dominant player. The report suggests the company has plans to launch new iPad upgrades this year. Elsewhere, the company is planning a new Apple TV with better performance and specifications. Apple may also introduce a new HomePod, but it is unlikely to ship until next year. Tip of the day: With many reachable wireless access points popping up and disappearing again, the available networks list can become quite annoying. If needed you can use the allowed and blocked filter list of Windows to block certain WiFi networks or all unknown WiFi networks.
